Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, but typically require 3-5 business days to reflect in your account. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order details.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or refusal of return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error.

For items purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes, only the amount you actually paid will be refunded. Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless required by law.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary. Some financial institutions require additional time to post the refund to your account. If you've confirmed with your financial institution and still haven't received your refund, please contact us immediately with your order details and we will investigate the matter promptly.

For payments made via PayPal, please check your PayPal account balance before contacting us. Refunds to PayPal accounts are typically processed immediately upon approval.
